Following our initial consultation, we’ll dive into a creative brainstorming session to conceptualize your photoshoot. During this session, we will explore ideas that reflect the unique atmosphere of your brand, highlight key elements of your offerings (whether it's cuisine, services, or products), and determine the storytelling aspects that will help bring your vision to life.

This collaborative process ensures the shoot aligns perfectly with your brand’s identity and goals, resulting in visuals that resonate with your audience.

After our initial discussion and brainstorming session, I will create mood boards that capture the visual aesthetic and style we’re aiming to achieve for the photoshoot. These mood boards will serve as a visual guide, offering inspiration and ensuring that everyone involved in the shoot has a clear understanding of the desired look, atmosphere, and storytelling elements.

This step helps to align the team’s creative vision and guarantees that the results reflect the essence of your brand.

If we're planning a brand or lifestyle photoshoot and your chosen location isn't ideal, I can offer location scouting as an additional service. This includes finding locations that perfectly match the aesthetic and vision of your shoot. If you need more detailed support with this, feel free to request a quote, and I'll ensure we find the best setting to enhance your brand’s visual storytelling.

Once the photoshoot is complete, we move on to the crucial post-production phase. This involves carefully selecting, editing, and retouching images to ensure they consistently meet our high standards of quality.

• Image Formats: You’ll receive both high-resolution images for print and optimized versions for web and social media use, all stored in a digital format for easy access.

• Usage Rights & Licensing: Clear instructions on image usage rights and licenses will be provided, allowing you to confidently use the photos across multiple platforms.

• Private Gallery: You will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery where you can view, select, and download your favorite photos.

• Larger Files: For larger sized images, we can provide them via WeTransfer, making it simple to receive high-quality files for any specific needs.

Once the editing process is complete and the online gallery link has been sent, the final invoice will be issued. Please note that full payment for the edited images must be made before downloading access is granted.
