Styled & Studio Food Photography

This week I have experimented with natural and studio lighting. I have tried out my own styling techniques, along with narrow/spotlighting.

This set of photographs has been taken in my home studio setup, with a dark background, bokeh lighting, and studio light.

Cookies have been provided by Gardners Cookies - https://www.gardnerscookies.co.uk/

The cupcakes were provided by The Orangery at Delapre Abbey

These photographs have been taken with studio light and a snot attachment. For these photographs, I wanted only a narrow amount of light to link to the theme of Halloween. You have photographs of a selection of fruit with fake spiders and an apple crumble in a web corner of a home or shed.

These photographs were taken at the client’s home. The client has let me take photographs of her made gingernut cookies and cupcakes. I have used studio lighting and a fill flash to light up these photographs.

The company is Afternoon Tea by Crème Brew Lait - https://www.afternoonteasbycremebrewlait.com/

This company provide and makes lovely afternoon teas for your own event and her style is vintage.
